New construction 11-unit townhome community with mountain and territorial views. These 4-bedroom 3.5-bathroom homes were thoughtfully designed and built and with multi-functional purposes for any family. All units feature a side-by-side private parking garage with workspace and storage on the ground floor. Through preconstruction, PCC was able to work with the owner and design team to accommodate the budget without sacrificing the open floor plan with 10 feet ceilings.
