Pacific Continental Construction is a team of experienced individuals committed to construction excellence.  Formed in 2015, the company’s founders have deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and have built hundreds of thousands of square feet of multifamily and commercial space.  The group also has a residential team focused on premium custom single family homes. Pacific Continental balances lean, cost-effective operations, with still providing clients excellent service and practical solutions.  The company takes pride in transparency and in forging long lasting relationships with its clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Founders

Evan Metz
Partner & Co-Founder

Evan Metz is a Partner & Co-Founder of Pacific Continental Construction.  Mr Metz is a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of positions in the construction sector. Evan grew up in the industry, working for his father in the concrete sub-contract business.  He has held a wide span of positions, from working in the field to superintendent, project engineer and project manager. After completing his education, he worked in locations across the west building steel frame, manufacturing and self-storage facilities.  Prior to co-founding Pacific Continental, Evan led a general contractor business that completed large scale multifamily and commercial construction projects.   Mr Metz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Oregon University.

 

Stephen Martineau
Partner & Co-Founder

Stephen Martineau is a Partner & Co-Founder of Pacific Continental Construction.  Mr Martineau began his construction career in 2007 as a project engineer for a large local general contractor concentrating on multifamily projects.  In this capacity, his team oversaw the completion of a 115-unit apartment building in Seattle, a 57-unit apartment asset with a post tension parking garage, and a 204- unit condominium complex, to name a few.  Following this experience, he joined Mr. Metz at a local general contractor completing large scale multifamily and commercial construction projects.  Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University.
