Excavation and shoring are nearly complete for Pacific Continental Construction’s newest construction project, a micro housing community at 8311 15th Ave NW in Ballard/Crown Hill.   The property will feature 79 compact apartment homes with generous shared amenity spaces including spacious common kitchens and lounges, and a resident bike storage and repair area.  Two boutique commercial spaces will face 15^th Avenue NW.
