The Hamilton is a 52-unit apartment building completed in 2017 located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The apartments were designed to be compact for affordability, while still offering luxury features such as stainless appliances, quartz countertops, engineered hardwood floors and high end plumbing fixtures. To maximize space inside the homes, laundry is located down the hall on each floor. A rooftop deck provides spectacular views of Lake Washington and the Cascade mountains along with a community gas firepit, ping pong table and gas grill.

Structure: 32,000 SF new construction multifamily with ground floor retail. Project included site development, post tension concrete construction, and elaborate European cement cladding. Approximate construction cost of $7,500,000.
