Pacific Continental Construction has completed its 26-unit addition to Roxborough Apartments in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.  Developed by Seattle-based Hamilton Urban Partners and designed by Neiman Taber Architects, this $6M project nearly doubles the building’s unit count, for a combined total of 53 residences.
