Located in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, 53-unit Roxborough includes 27 classic units dating to the 1920s. Pacific Continental was brought on to complete a 26-unit addition in 2019. These modern rental homes feature in-unit washer dryers, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The addition features a compelling blend of modern interior finishes and classic exterior elements that complement Roxborough’s vintage façade. The addition offers residents important amenities that benefit the entire building including a rooftop deck with expansive views, an elevator, and a shuffleboard room.

Structure: 14,000 sf of new construction of 26 apartments. Project was 8” away from the existing 100-year-old building and had to be seismically independent, watertight, and seamless for residents. Approximate construction cost of $5,000,000
